Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless an item is defective and we confirm that the defect is not customer-caused.
Returns, Refunds and Final Sale Items
Standard returns are allowed within 30 days for most products provided they are returned in like-new condition with all packaging and accessories. Return shipping for standard returns is the customer’s responsibility. Some products are final sale and not eligible for return; these include, but are not limited to, water filters, electrical components, pumps, solenoids and special-order items. If a returned item is missing parts, damaged, or returned dirty, additional fees may apply to cover replacement parts or cleaning costs.
